We are so confident in our line of Quality Products that we offer you a 30 day, Purchase Price Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order for ANY reason. The following conditions and exceptions apply:

1) The item must be in re-saleable condition. Items that are returned to us worn, soiled, marred or damaged under the 30 day guarantee will be held for 14 days pending the receipt of the amount of the cost to return the item to you (Cost of Postage plus $7.00 handling fee within the U.S.)

2) The Amount Refunded will be limited to the amount paid for the item. The cost of postage is not refundable

3) C.O.D.s are not accepted

4) Item must be received within 33 days of the date shipped

5) All items custom made to order may not be returned for credit.

6) Call 651-204-9331 to recieve authorization to return. Many items are drop shipped from warehouses throughout the country. Your return may need to go back to the place of origin.

1 Year Quality Guarantee

The following conditions apply:

1) The item must bear defects in material or workmanship

2) Items rendered unserviceable through normal or excessive wear will not be replaced. Items that have been misused, abused or intentionally damaged will be held for 14 days pending the receipt of the amount of the cost to return the item to you (Cost of Postage plus $7.00 handling fee within the U.S.)

3) Items will be exchanged on a one-for-one basis. Returns for defects will be given priority in the shipping line

4) If an item cannot be replaced or a reasonable substitute offered, the purchase price of the item will be refunded

5) C.O.D.s are not accepted

6) Item must be received within 365 days of the date shipped

Please enclose a note indicating why you were not satisfied with your order so that we may improve our product or service. Of course, your name, address and phone number must be enclosed along with the Invoice Number if known.We highly recommend that all returned items are sent to us with Delivery or Signature Confirmation, and, if you deem necessary, Insured. Unless time is a factor for you, Priority or EXPRESS returns are not necessary
